6 years ago, at one of the most magical places on earth (Not disneyland), Vania & Nate met at Electric Forest, an electronic music festival in Michigan. The stars aligned for them as on the last day of Electric Forest, Nate’s friend asked him what he wanted to do for the last day, and Nate said, “I want to go find Vania”. & find her he did. They spent the last day of the forest together dancing under the stars to dubstep and house music.  

Despite their distance with Nate being in Chicago and Vania in Arizona at the time,  Nate continued courting her from afar with snapchats and Insta DM’s, inviting her to visit him in Chicago not long after the festival ended. Vania refused, “I just met this dude” –  to visit him for longer than a weekend, but as she was about to start a new job and had time in between jobs, Nate convinced her to come stay with her for a whole week. A whole week turned into 10 days.  

Soon enough, the pair began to travel all around the world together to different dance floors. Almost a whole year after they met, Nate had moved out of Chicago to Grand Rapids, Michigan & texted Vania that she should come visit. Vania came to visit but the visit quickly turned into Vania moving to Ann Arbor, Michigan for the summer. They ended up spending the whole summer in Michigan, backpacking, kayaking, hiking, camping, dancing, and practically spending every second together under the sun with friends.  

As the summer came to an end, Nate, Vania, & friends decided to move to San Diego together, as what better place to start a life together than in Sunny San Diego. From them on, the rest is history and magic.
